ALBUM OF THE DECADE ?

The Guardian newspaper has just placed this as the "Album of the Decade"

I remember listening to Giles Peterson on Radio 1 when he first played 'Original Pirate Material' and getting the same feeling as when I first heard Portishead or Public Enemy. You have to remember that there always has to be someone who goes first !!!
